Compact with Africa

G20 initiative which promotes better conditions for trade with and investment in Africa

Political commitment by the G20 states to cultivate an equal and permanent partnership with Africa. The main actors are the African countries, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the African Development Bank. Trade and private investment, infrastructure and new jobs are all on the agenda.
