Despite the ongoing conflict, the reconstruction and transformation of Ukraine into a modern industrialised country is already underway. The European Union alone is providing up to 50 billion euros for this purpose via the Ukraine Facility. Together with the German-Ukrainian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK), we prepare selected tenders for you.

Advantages for your company
- Ukraine is facing major challenges as a result of the Russian war of aggression. Nevertheless, the Ukrainian economy has been on the rise again since 2023.
- The EU Commission expects the Ukrainian economy to grow by 3.7 per cent in 2024.
- From 2025, the momentum could increase due to the on-going reconstruction. This will result in an increasing number of business opportunities across all sectors.
- AHK Ukraine sees particular potential in the following sectors: Energy sector, construction industry and the production of building materials, healthcare and agriculture.
- Tenders from international donors are an opportunity to participate in reconstruction at low risk and to get to know the market better.
Despite the difficult framework conditions, no major migration tendencies of German companies can be observed in Ukraine. The majority have remained in the country and are even planning new investments. In order to support reconstruction and transformation in Ukraine, the German government, the European Union and other donors are promoting the involvement of companies through various programmes.
