The Southern African Development Community (SADC), in partnership with the German Cooperation, supported by GIZ, invites pharmaceutical sector stakeholders to the “Pharmaceutical Value Chain B2B Event” taking place on 15–16 October 2025 in Lusaka, Zambia. The event will convene key actors from across the pharmaceutical value chain in the SADC region and Europe, including manufacturers of medicines and medical equipment, distributors, professional associations, financial institutions, and central medical stores. Participants will exchange technical know-how, explore innovative solutions to bottlenecks in production, quality assurance, procurement, and distribution, and gain insights on regulatory harmonisation, pooled procurement, and financing opportunities. The event also provides a platform to build strategic partnerships, co-create actionable solutions, and share knowledge on trends, innovations, and supply chain management.
